Hello

Hi, I'm Paul Spataro. Photography has always been a passion for me. I remember my brother and I shooting for the first time in my life on a Kodak "Brownie" 120 mm film camera and then developing the film and prints ourselves. It was so exciting! When I decided to become a hairdresser after high school, I quickly saw the connection between photography and hair and makeup.

While I've had a lot of adventures living in different places and taking on varying jobs in the beauty industry: working in salons, as an educator, sales, and most recently in TV and film, the desire to expand my artistic reach and follow my childhood passion has caught up with me.

When I work with clients, I not only call upon my aesthetic vision which has been refined as a hairdresser/makeup artist, but also my ability to draw out natural emotional expressions through my ability to build rapport, from working in a salon, and my directorial skills which I learned while in college getting my film production degree in writing/directing.

When you come to me for your headshot, you're not only getting a photographer, but someone who will help you look and feel your best in front of the camera which, at the end of the day, is how you get a great shot! Remember, it's not a photograph, it's your brand and your image!
